Marc has over a decade of investment banking and corporate development advisory experience across the Consumer brand landscape. Throughout his career, Marc has advised on >$1.3 billion in M&A transaction value, with a focus on beverage alcohol. 

Working alongside founders, Marc has developed strategic and financial plans that aided in transactions to the world’s most admirable strategic acquirers, including Moët Hennessy, Constellation Brands, Gallo, and Chanel.

Marc was part of the founding team that launched a mixologist and on-premise-focused premium California Brandy.

Marc is also the founder of ForecastEasy, a Consumer brand-specific forecasting tool that guides founders, step-by-step, in producing "investor-ready" forecasts in 2 - 4 hours.

Marc is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University and lives in San Francisco, CA.
